Our business analysts have a key role as a privileged interlocutor between your “business” teams (who have the knowledge of the needs) and the “technical” teams (who have the knowledge of the digital solution).
Our scope of intervention:
- Animate workshops with business instances in order to analyze / challenge business needs
- Write functional specificities
- Translate functional specifications for the technical teams in charge of implementing the solution. In case of limitations of the tool, ability to translate these limits to the business and to propose alternative solutions
- Define the test strategy, create testing support, animate test instances, coordinate testing results with technical teams to ensure that the technical solution meets functional specifications
- Prepare project reports and status
- Contribute to the creation of change management supports, to the animation of trainings
