Rolling out a global Human Resources transformation programme (including processes, organization, Information System, data) while maintaining a strong culture of decentralization and adding common practices on processes and shared information.

Overall responsibility of the initiative from the Business Case and selection process (RFP) to the project delivery and support:

  • Organize the project structure, methodology and roadmap
    Support and enrich the business case construction and internal promotion
  • Support the selection process for the software (HRIS) and integrator
    Recruit and Manage of the internal HRIS team in the project delivery
  • Manage the suppliers (software provider and integrator)
  • Manage and coordinate project instances (Steering Committee, Sponsor meeting, Functional reviews and milestones…)
  • Manage and Support the change management (organization, Communication and Training)
  • Prepare Go-live and post Go-live organizationTracking and reporting to ensure profitability
  • Change management and internal teams training
  • Project delivered on time within budget.
